Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas brings a distinguished legacy of academic leadership and administrative excellence to CUI Lahore. Prior to joining our campus, he served as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Sargodha, where he played a pivotal role in advancing academic standards, institutional development, research, and innovation.
