Educational Visit to LIS, CUI Lahore

A group of students from the University of Education visited the Library Information Services (LIS), CUI Lahore on 23 April 2026. The visit aimed to consult a variety of books and research materials available in the university library for their academic assignments. During their visit, the students explored diverse academic resources and gained valuable insights to support their research work. Dr. Muhammad Tariq, Incharge Library, also briefed the students about the library resources and services and guided them in their research work. The visit proved to be a productive learning experience, promoting effective use of library resources for academic development.

Director Vitst CUI Lahore Library

Director Vitst CUI Lahore Library Director Dr. Muhammad Yar (CUI Lahore) visited the Main Library on April 2, 2026, along with departmental libraries, accompanied by Dr. Muhammad Tariq, Incharge Library. During the visit, Dr. Tariq provided a comprehensive briefing on library resources, services, and various sections of the Main Library. The Director also toured different sections to review facilities and ongoing services. At the departmental level, briefings were presented by: • Ms. Nasira Munir (A&D Library) • Mr. Naveed Siddique (MS Library) • Mr. Atiq ur Rehman (Pharmacy Library) The visit concluded with a meeting with the library staff, where Director Dr. Muhammad Yar appreciated their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality library services.
